Porous aluminium produced according to the casting technology (PCA) is the efficient substitution of sintered and gauze materials. It has high strength, heat resistance and higher endurance. PCA technology allows manufacturing filter cells and silencers of any shape and size. Porous aluminium is used in the following fields of application: preparation of compressed air, filtration of natural gas, oil and fuel, cleaning of hot media, aeration, systems of pneumatic transport, reduction of noise of pneumatic devices, etc. Currently, articles made from PСA are used by hundreds of enterprises in Russia and abroad.

Another development of our company is the equipment for metal arc cutting (EAC). It is widely used in foundry and in secondary metallurgy. Equipment allows the cutting of any metals and alloys of practically any thickness. Main competitive advantages of EAC include: universality, high efficiency and reliability. The only necessary things for equipment’s operation are electricity and graphite electrodes. We carry out the warranty repair, after-warranty servicing, complex provision with consumables and components.

During 15 years Composite Materials Ltd. has been providing services for cutting and dismantling scrap metal with the use of own equipment.
