Composite Materials Ltd. was established in 1989 with participation of specialists of the Urals Polytechnical Institute as the research and production center on application of the porous aluminum casting technology (PCA). Just we – for the first time in the world practice – have implemented this technology in the industrial scale. Currently, we are manufacturing more than 320 types and sizes of articles made from PCA.
The next stage of the company development was the design and start of the full-scale manufacture of equipment for scrap metal processing. Simple in design and reliable electric arc plants for cutting of metal manufactured under EAC trademark were in demand among enterprises involved in utilization of scrap metal. We manufactured more than 200 plants operating in the Russian Federation and in the CIS. In addition, we offer to consumers crucible furnaces of the original design capable of producing of up to 5 tons of aluminum per day.
Production facilities of تج Ltd. are located in settlement Lomovskii (20 km away from Neviansk town, 100 km to the north from Yekaterinburg). The nearest railway station is Ezhovaya (12 km).
   
The enterprise owns 3,200 m2 of production area, including the following main sections: foundry, machining section, assembly electrotechnical section and section for manufacturing graphite electrodes. The staff includes 48 people – qualified personnel with the efficient management structure. Available production facilities allow the manufacture of up to 250 thousand units of product per annum.
