Filter-separator for natural gas
Gas-filter of FS type is intended for cleaning the natural gas, non-aggressive mixtures of gases from mechanical impurities, from aerosol an condensed moisture. Mounted on line gas pipelines, in front of stop and regulating valves of gas-burning devices, boilers, heat generators, gas-burning installations with the purpose of increasing reliability and durability of operation of equipment.
Filter FS represents a vertical vessel of a column type, with the lower ellipsis bottom, upper cover, comprising the following main units and parts:
- filter body with inlet and outlet flange connection;
- detachable cover for access to filtering elements;
- two filtering elements made from glass fiber (or porous cast aluminium);
- plug valve for drainage of condensate.
The apparatus is mounted on the support. The support is made as to the Customer's requirement.
Materials:
- filter body and cover – steel St 20, St 3, St 3sp;
- filtering elements – glass fiber, polypropylene, porous aluminium, sealing – oil and gasoline-proof rubber.
