Line filters «Tuman-K»

Intended for cleaning of large volumes of air from condensate moisture, oil and mechanical impurities. As a rule, mounted at the inlet of the pneumatic line in the shop or after the end refrigerator in the compressor house. In line filters the air cleans in two stages: first stage – cyclone cleaning (up to 80% of contamination entrapped), second stage – direct filtration of air through the filtering element (cleaning up to 99%). Such construction allows operation up to 18 months without regeneration of filtering elements.
All filters of this modification are outfitted with automatic condensate withdrawal devices. Filtering elements made from the porous cast alumimim (PCA) which have the high contaminant capacity and unique strength characteristics (endure pressure differential of up to 25 atm.) are used. Class of cleaned air is not exceeding the 2nd as per GOST 17433-80. The construction is protected by certificate for PM No. 24398 RF. |
