Drying system «Tuman-Super»

The system is intended for cleaning and drying of the compressed air (up to 0,63 m3/min) from the condensed and vaporous moisture (dew point inside pneumatic system: minus 20 ºÑ). The drying is due to the non-heating adsorption with automatization of adsorption-desorption cycles with pneumatic control system. The drying system represents a complex of devices comprising a unit of preliminary cleaning, unit of adsorbents, filter of final cleaning of the air from the adsorbent dust, pneumatic system of drying and regeneration modes of drying and regeneration. The dew point of the cleaned air at the atmospheric pressure corresponds to minus 40 ºÑ. The mean service life is at least 20,000 hours. The class of cleaned air is not more than 1 as per GOST 17433-80.
