Reverberatory Furnace PÀ-1-00
The smelting (distributing) furnace with the bath volume capacity of 1.5 tons is intended for processing scrap of aluminium, zinc, magnesium and their alloys with the content of foreign inclusions of up to 30 %.
The furnace is mounted directly on the concrete floor of the shop without making an additional foundation. The nichrome wire of Õ20Í80 grade 5 mm diameter is used as a heater. Heating elements are made as spirals of 50 mm in diameter. The furnace is powered from feeder switchboard of 380/220 V. The furnace is lined with brick SHÀ-5, SHBL.
